If we haven't worked together before, we start with a short conversation about how you like to travel. I'll remember it for every trip that follows.

Through my partner relationships, clients typically receive extras like upgrades when available, daily breakfast, hotel credit and a proper welcome, usually for no more than booking direct.
I'm paid by the hotels and partners I book, not by you. If a request is unusually complex, I'll agree any fee with you upfront.
You deal with me, not a call centre. I know your preferences, I know the properties, and I pick up the phone.
Privacy matters to many of my clients. Pseudonyms, NDAs and quiet arrivals are all part of the job, and your plans stay private.
